When are we open?

All. The. Time. We take orders on sex toys ANYTIME of the day and offer same day delivery 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday in Metro Vancouver. Our cutoff time is 8:30PM so please order before that in order to receive your order on the same day, any orders after this time will be delivered early on the next day.

How much is delivery?

Free delivery for all orders over $99.

Delivery fee - $9.99 (for all orders over $69).

For all orders under $69 the delivery fee is $14.99.

When will I receive my order?

Deliveries generally occur 8:30pm - 10:30pm (but we also always try to accomodate your preferrable delivery time).

Order by 8:30PM for same-day delivery.

Order placed after 8:30pm will be delivered the next day.

Delivery staff do not wear any representative logos of our store.

You most likely won't even have to see them, it usually is a contactless delivery unless otherwise asked.

Can I pay cash or place my order over the phone?

Of course! Just message us through our online chat or 778-785-1685 and we will create your order.

Can I come to your store for pickup?

We really wish to see you in-person, but due to safety and health concerns that is not possible.. We are an online store. All items are delivered directly from our warehouse.

Is your package discreet?

We pack your order with love, but all that love is hidden under the plain brown paper bags. Then we seal it and most importantly - hide your name and address on the package. As much as we wish - your neighbours won't get jealous of your delivery!

Can you ship my order within Canada or US?

Yes, we can. Free Shipping (Expedited) on all orders over $99 but you are welcome to include any tips because we will have to pay extra for any shipping options.

How is it going to show on my credit card statement?

We understand that you might want it to be discreet. It will be shown as a generic name of a nail salon/spa company.

Can I cancel my order or change the address?

We understand that things might change. In most cases your order is processed and shipped/delivered the same day so you get it quickly. So technically we can't really cancel it unless you do it within an hour or so. Just message us and we will see what we can do for you.
